Abstract

Background The rapid progress of mobile technology and cloud computing has had a huge impact onhealthcare. Mobile multimedia data management is critical, but it presents issues such asstorage, retrieval, security, and scalability. This study looks into enhancing health recordsystems with personal cloud storage, CDN integration, and hybrid cloud solutions.MethodsTo improve the storage and retrieval of mobile multimedia health records, a hybrid cloudarchitecture with CDN was built. In real-world healthcare scenarios, performance indicatorsaimed at reducing latency, managing bandwidth, and improving security were evaluated.
