abstract = {In this post, we'll take a look at some of the most recent advancements in parametric AE approaches for concrete buildings. AE testing of concrete buildings has made major advancements over the years, incorporating a variety of methodologies and models that have been established by earlier researchers. To provide a general overview of the distinctive aspects of parametric AE approaches for concrete buildings that have been used throughout time. Traditional parameter-based AE approaches for concrete buildings are emphasised. There has already been a substantial quantity of study published on the use of AE methods on concrete structures, and this research has received a great deal of attention. Recent research on concrete bridge beam damage, such as AE energy analysis and b-value analysis, have also been addressed. Concrete beam specimens were fractured and the AE energy emitted throughout the process were summarised. AE properties of concrete have been studied extensively during the last three decades. We hope that this overview of parametric AE techniques for concrete structures will assist researchers and engineers better understand concrete failure mechanisms and devise new methodologies for structural diagnostic inspection and concrete structure failure prediction/prevention.}
