The study used a multivariate regression model to determine the impact of factor groups on housing purchase decisions. Data were processed using SPSS20.0 software. The study has identified 11 groups with 39 factors influencing the decision to buy houses. The group of COVID-19 factors has the strongest impact with an impact percentage of 16.30%, followed by 10 other factor groups, of which the housing service factor group has the smallest impact percentage of 4.27%. The study used a multivariate regression model to determine the impact of factor groups on housing purchase decisions. Data were processed using SPSS20.0 software. The study has identified 11 groups with 39 factors influencing the decision to buy houses. The group of COVID-19 factors has the strongest impact with an impact percentage of 16.30%, followed by 10 other factor groups, of which the housing service factor group has the smallest impact percentage of 4.27%.
